I am a web developer, designer, consultant who spends far too much time on the computer. This is my first foray into blogging. I’m hoping to recall how to write a coherent sentence, properly punctuated, rather than the email and instant message speak I’ve become used to.

And yup thats me in the banner (back when i had decent skin and boatloads of hope)

I visited my father and my uncle recently. My uncle just celebrated his 86th birthday. He told me “85 wasn’t too bad really but I’m finding that it takes practice to be 86”.

It takes practice to be 50 too! It’s not a place I ever wanted to be – thats for sure – but I expect to get the hang of it eventually.
